The Economy of Respect

Respect is one of the most valuable monetary systems in our world.

If you hoard it for a few individuals, then there is none left over

and your economy collapses if those individuals lose your respect.

If you freely share your respect with everyone,

then its value is inflated as you do not know how much it is worth anymore.

If you hold no respect for yourself, 

then you will find your own reserves are empty,

and only envy is given out to others.

If you demand the respect of others,

you may find having to make change for fear. 

But there is a value to respect.

It can be earned through hard work

It can be given to many

And with enough for yourself.

We as humans all can have equal respect

We as individuals can earn it from our peers.

And through a mutual flow

our economy of respect can grow.
